Discounts:

• If there are two people paying full price, children up to the age of 2,9 on the extra bed are accommodated free of charge.
• If there are two people paying full price, children from the age of 3 to 11,9 on the extra bed have 50% discount.
• If there are two people paying full price, children from the age of 12 to 14,9 on the extra bed have 30% discount.
• If there are two people paying full price, persons from 15 years on the extra bed have 20% discount.

Cancellation policy:

• A free cancellation of a stay at Hotel Höhlenstein should be performed at least 3 days before the anticipated day of your arrival.
• If you cancel the reservation later than 3 days before the planned arrival or If you do not arrive at the hotel at all, you will be billed 100% of the total price of the reservation.
